Getting a Tourist Visa to Iran is not complicated at all for most nationalities. Please also refer to the Visa Section in our site (under “Services”).

Iran is a four-season country and because of the different simultaneous climates in different regions of Iran, you can actually travel anytime throughout the year and still experience various climates there. Based on the time of your trip, or the experience you desire to have, we can arrange an itinerary that fits any season, but the so-called “high travel seasons” are mid-March to late-May and late-August to mid-November.

The internet in Iran is very accessible. You can connect internet everywhere you go using a local Iranian sim card, which you can get on your arrival. Of course, Wi-Fi service is available in the Hotels. Internet speed in some places may not be that fast, but in terms of connecting to social media, checking emails, using google and commonly used apps, you will not have any problem.

Iranian currency is Tomans and Rial. Every 1 Toman is 10 Rials. For example, 5,000 Tomans is 50,000 Rials.

Despite of imagination of many people the transportation system in Iran is very good and comfortable. We cannot tell you which one is the best because you can use all of them easily according to your need. The domestic flights are very frequent in most of the cities and comfortable. VIP long-distance buses are available. Modern and equipped train between the cities and metro inside the major cities are available with cheap price. Rental cars, taxi, etc. are definitely accessible.

Unfortunately, no. You cannot use credit cards to pay or to get cash on ATMs. You can buy Local debit cards on your arrival or during your stay in Iran and pay with those cards instead of cash.

Alcoholic drinks and pork are forbidden to take to Iran.

Female tourists must cover their hair with a shawl or scarf, even partially. It is not that restricted for tourist to completely cover themselves. Pants, shirts, long-mid skirts are acceptable.

Most likely yes. But in some regions, we recommend for you to drink purified water, which is widely available locally.

Farsi or Persian is the spoken language in Iran, but you can easily communicate with most people in English.
