Dushanbe
Dushanbe, the capital and the biggest city of Tajikistan has a lot to do and to visit. The modern city in Tajikistan, more than all. It is not that old city, for it was a small village that held Monday Bazaar (Dushanbe means Monday) but now has become the capital! Almost all the attractions have come together in a region. Rudaki Park with its soviet architecture, the national Museum of Tajikistan that shows and teaches you like a visual exhibition about all Tajikistan, the statue of Ismail Samani and the flag which is one of the tallest in the world. Only few kilometers from Dushanbe the famous Hissar Castle is situated, with its affordable, colorful and unique handcrafts of Tajikistan. Nice restaurants are almost everywhere in Dushanbe. If you get to visit Kakhe Navrouz (Norouz Palace) you actually have visited one of the most beautiful modern buildings in the whole central Asia. Even visiting the streets full of flowers of Dushanbe makes you surprised.
